Shirley Clyde Rupert Brandao

I?m a chemical engineer, and in 2019, I received my MS in Chemical and biochemical Process Engineering at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Brazil. My MSs thesis was about infrared drying and how ethanol pretreatment could increase the process efficiency, reducing the drying time, and if it could affect the quality parameter. In 2022 I joined Dr. Campanella?s group as a Ph.D student. My research focuses on applying Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to understand better the mass transfer and reaction when ozone gas is applied to prevent mycotoxin in grains.
