my Phd resarch lied at the intersction of machine learning ,and bioinformatics with experience Biomedical Engineering, with emphasis on computer science / datamining
i grew up in the northern part of Iran and received my undergraduate degree in computer science - Rozbahan iniversity (2009), a BA in Computer - Computer Software Branch of Islamic Azad University Babol (2006) . i earned a Masters degree in computer application from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University of Hyderabad (2012).

Medical Image Processing with Tools Package in MATLAB, Descrição: This project is about a survey of image processing algorithms that have been developed for detection of masses and segmentation techniques. 35 students from university campus participated in the Development of Biomedical Image Processing Software Package for New Learners Survey to investigate the use of software package in processing and editing image. Composed of 19 questions, the survey built a comprehensive picture of the software package, programming language, workflow of the tool and captured the attitudes of the respondents. The result of this study shows that MATLAB is among the famous software package; more than 60% of the respondents prefer to use MATLAB for their image processing work. The Microsoft Photo Editor is the second popular software for images editing process. More than 30% of respondents are very likely to use a ready-to-use package for processing image rather than given source code. The result is expected to be beneficial and able to assist users on effective image processing and analysis in a newly develop software package. Mining E-Commerce for Customer Behaviour Analysis Through Clustering, Descrição: In the Web mining scenario, the records to match are highly query-dependent, since they can only be obtained through online queries. Moreover, they are only a partial and biased portion of all the data in the source Web mining?s. To overcome this problem, we presented an unsupervised, online approach, UDD, for detecting duplicates over the query results of multiple Web mining?s. The Design and Performance of MedJava Experience Developing Performance-Sensitive Distribute Applications, Descrição: The Java programming language has gained substantial popularity in the past two years. Java?s networking features, along with the growing number of Web browsers that execute Java applets, facilitate Internet programming. Despite the popularity of Java, however, there are many concerns about its efficiency. In particular, networking and computation performance are key concerns when considering the use of Java to develop performance sensitive distributed applications. This research makes three contributions to the study of Java for performancesensitive distributed applications. First, we describe an architecture using Java and the Web to develop MedJava, which is a distributed electronic medical imaging system with stringent networking and computation requirements. Second, we present benchmarks ofMedJava image processing and compare the results to the performance of xv, which is an equivalent image processing application written in C. Finally, we present performance benchmarks using Java as a transport interface to exchange large medical images over high-speed ATM networks. For computationally-intensive algorithms like image filtering, Java code that is optimized both manually and with JIT compilers can sometimes compensate for the lack of compile time optimizations and yield performance commensurate with equivalent compiled C code. With rigorous compile-time optimizations, however, C compilers still generally generate more efficient code. Easy Java Programming for Teaching Image-Processing, Descrição: We have designed a series of computer sessions build around ImageJ (a publicdomain software for image analysis), as a practical complement to a twosemester course in image processing. The students are challenged with simple practical imaging problems as they acquire hands-on practice by experimenting with image-processing operators. In the process, they also learn how to program standard image-processing algorithms in Java. This is made possible thanks to a programmer-friendly environment and a software interface that greatly facilitates the developments of plug-in for ImageJ. In this project , this work proposes the use of recommendation system based on data mining techniques to help students to take decisions on their academic itineraries . more specifically , it provides support for the student to better choose how many and which course to enrol on, having as basis the experience of previous student with similar academic achievements.
