Projects aimed the development of technological solutions for government sectors related to social security. Teams that I led worked on Business Intelligence projects involving big data, ETL and dashboards using Qlikview. Other front-end and back-end projects that I led were developed with java. As instructor I have trained colleagues in Agile and BI concepts, tools and practice. Development of a BI system for INSS, an autarchy of Federal Government of Brazil. This project gives managerial support for local managers in 1500 SSAs(Social Security Agency) spread around Brazil, as well as to the director / manager team located in INSS?s headquarter in Brasilia. Performed functions: 1. To collect data from several data sources, such as Oracle, WebServices, Text Files and PostGresql. QMC was used to manager the schedules of extract/load phases. There were historical data as well as (almost) real time data. 2. Preprocessing, cleaning and denormalizing data to a staging area. 3. Building the dashboards considering historical and real time data. Using PMBoK and SCRUM best practices I've worked as Project Manager / Scrum Master performing activities such as requirements gathering with clients and monitoring the activities of systems analysis and development. As instructor I've trained colleagues in BI concepts, tools and practice.
