Joana Grisólia Geraldi

Associate Professor na DTU Management Engineering, Engineering Systems Division, Dinamarca. Possui graduação em Engenharia de Produção Química pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (2002) e doutorado em Engenharia Mecânica - Universität Siegen, Alemanha (2008), premiada com Helton Walton Award (melhor tese de doutoramento de 2008), e IPMA Young Researcher Award 2008. Após doutorado, foi Senior Research Fellow na Cranfield School of Management, UK e lecturer na Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management at University College London (UCL), Londres. Orienta alunos de iniciação cientifica, trabalhos de conclusão de curso, mestrado e doutorado. Certificada pela APMP, tem experiência em pesquisa, ensino e extensão na área de Gestão de Projetos, atuando principalmente na gestão de empresas de multi-projetos, particularmente em complexidade, mudança, integração, visualizações e decisões neste tipo de organização. Acumula experiencia na execução e coordenação de trabalhos de pesquisa premiados internacionalmente junto a empresas de como HP, ABB, DB e Voith.
