As Executive VP with a budget of US$1M and 5 staff, was the founder of the company in Brazil and responsible for the development of the company in the region. Accomplishments: Successfully implemented the IP Exchange platform in São Paulo: selected the carrier-neutral colocation facility to host the Exchange, managed engineers to configure the equipment on time, developed business relationship with senior management of all IP backbone sellers in the market persuading them to connect, managed sales team on the development of business relationship with the main ISPs, Content Providers, NAPs, colocation providers and local loop providers. As Senior Business Development Coordinator, analyzed and developed new business opportunities assisting the Strategic Partnerships Director. Accomplishments: Successfully started negotiations with the main local loop and long distance capacity providers in Brazil to use their infrastructure and services on the Vésper network. Evaluation of some companies in which Vésper was interested to acquire to increase the client base fastly. Supported Engineering, Finance and Customer Care departments through the development of technical projects (Routing Plans, Billing System configuration, Interconnection Remuneration Matrix development) accelerating the solution of network issues identified during the start up.
