Career in IT developed over the last 12 years, managing highly complex, national and international projects and working on the digital and agile transformation of clients from different market segments.During this period I had the opportunity to work with different processes and methodology in the project office (PMO), specializing in agility, as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. As a Product Owner, I was able to improve my knowledge with requirements gathering, modeling and documentation of systems and products, prepare a business plan and operationalize the company's product front projects.I also participated in the Quality Assurance team, working with improving processes, metrics and software quality reports, experimenting with testing disciplines (analysis, planning and documentation).
