  ESTUDO DA MORFOLOGIA E DAS PROPRIEDADES MECÂNICAS DE NANOCOMPÓSITOS FORMADOS POR (NANO)BLENDAS DE PP/PA-6, Descrição: In general, the properties of composites prepared with conventional (micro particles) are lower than those of charged with particles at the nanometer scale. Thus the mechanical properties and barrier can be improved through the use of nanoparticles. In recent years, intense research efforts have been directed to nanocomposites, in particular, nanocomposites polymer / clay. This research project has aimed at studying the influence of the incorporation of clay in the blend morphology and mechanical properties of nanocomposites formed by (nano) blends PP/PA-6, since the properties of these materials are directly related to the dispersion of clay (merge and / or exfoliation) and the final morphology of the blend. The characterization is performed with the aid of the techniques of electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), and to assess the morphology of the blend and the degree of dispersion of clay in the polymer matrix.   DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM SISTEMA DE TUTORIAIS FLEXÍVEL E EXPANSÍVEL DESENVOLVIDO SOBRE UMA PLATAFORMA JAVA PARA ESTUDANTES DO NÍVEL SUPERIOR COM DEFICIÊNCIAS EDUCACIONAIS, Descrição: O objetivo deste projeto é o desenvolvimento de um Sistema de Tutoriais que permita que um aluno esclareça, de forma remota, conceitos necessários para seu bom desempenho em disciplinas iniciais nos cursos superiores de ciência e tecnologia que requerem que estes conceitos já sejam do domínio do aluno. A ferramenta será desenvolvida sobre uma plataforma JAVA1, com uma possível interface com XML2 e disponibilização na WEB. O sistema será capaz de localizar o tópico, no qual o estudante tem dificuldade, direcionando-o à tela adequada a qual o ajudará a solucionar o problema.
