Giovana Bonat Celli
Graduação em Farmácia pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2008), Mestrado em Tecnologia de Alimentos pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2011) e Doutorado em Biological Engineering pela Dalhousie University (2016). Oito anos de experiência em indústria de alimentos do Brasil, Canadá e Estados Unidos. Áreas de interesse incluem tecnologia de alimentos, sistemas de liberação controlada, entre outras. Autora de material didático e cursos para Farmacia e Enfermagem junto a Kroton Educacional. Co-autora do livro "Experimental Design With Applications in Management, Engineering, and the Sciences", publicado pela Springer em 2018. Co-editora do livro "Anthocyanins from natural sources: exploiting targeted delivery for improved health", publicado pela Royal Society of Chemistry em 2019. Freelancer como revisora de artigos cientificos entre 2017 e 2020 para periodicos internacionais, tais como LWT - Food Science & Technology e Food Chemistry. Convidada como professora visitante para ministrar a aula de "Quimica e propriedades funcionais de ingredientes alimentares" na Cornell University, em 2018.
