Florencia Meyer
possui graduação em Licenciatura en Bioquimica - Universidad de La Republica Oriental Del Uruguay (2000) e mestrado em bacteriologia - Texas Technology University (2003). Realizo doutorado na área de Virologia molecular (2008), atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: bovine herpesvirus-1, latency-reactivation, virus-host interactions. Atualmente realiza post-doutorado no Instituto Carlos Chagas em Curitiba, pesquisando sobre o virus da Dengue, em aspectos iniciais da infeccao e na resposta imune do hospedeiro.
