My primary research interests Synthesis and characterization of metal alkoxides and their allied compounds as precursor, with the interface for better fundamental understanding between molecular solutions to the solid-state chemistry of nanocrystalline materials. Elaborating the physico chemical properties with reference to structure property relationship for designing the nanodevices for their potential applications. (a).Synthesis of molecules containing metallic elements (metal-organic chemistry, alkoxides, etc.).These molecules are important for the design of ceramic materials by gentle and convenient methods (b).Synthesis of new materials for using CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and sol-gel techniques. (c).Synthesis and characterization of meta-stable ceramics and their transformation in stable modification using physical methods. (d).Physically and chemically structured nano-scaled surfaces and their application in technological devices.
