Andreas Winter

Possui doutorado em Matematica - University of Bielefeld (1999). Tem experiência na área de Teoria Quântica da Informação, tendo participado de várias contribuições fundamentais na área: Informação Parcial, Causalidade da Informação e Criptografia não-confiável são alguns exemplos. Também participou na elaboração e em alguns passos de um novo programa de fundamentação da Mecânica Estatística. É Professor na University of Bristol e Pesquisador Visitante do Centre for Quantum Technologies, em SIngapura.
