HCV RNA Replicon system study, Descrição: We have intensively trying to establish the HCV replicon systems in our lab, which we have successfully achieved the systems. With the establish method, we could enable in further study understanding and identifying the mutation and HCV virus quasispecies to determine the response of Peg-IFN/ribavirin treatment in Indonesian patients that could be use to predict the affectivity of the treatment to prevent liver cancer in Indonesia.
