After getting a license in Biological Sciences at the Faculty of Sciences of Monastir and a Master in Environmental Sciences at the Faculty of Sciences of Bizerte, I was recruited in 2003 as a contractor-assistant at the Biological Sciences Department of Higher Institute of Biotechnology of Monastir. In 2006, I defended my thesis, I then I was recruited as a permanent-assistant in Biochemistry at the Faculty of Sciences of Bizerte. Actually, I am an Assistant-professor in Biochemistry at the Higher Institute of Biotechnology of Monastir and a member of the Research Unit of Biochemistry and and Environmental Toxicology Chott-Mariem (UR 04AGR05) -Chott Mariem, 4042. I also conducted post-doctoral research in senior international project collaborations. My research topic is "Biochemical and Proteomics Biomarkers in Ecotoxicology: Applications and Perspectives". My goal is to develop reliable biomarkers and sensitives to chemical exposures and to improve approaches of biomarkers integrations for better environmental management and sustainable development.
