possui graduação em Fisica - Tomsk State University (1971), mestrado em Fisica Teórica e Matemática Aplicada - Tomsk State University (1973), doutorado em Fisica Teorica - Moscow State University e Tomsk State Unversity (1981), reconhecido pela USP (1999) e o Grau Científico do Doutor em Física e Matemática (conhecido como "Doctor of Sciences (Physics and Mathematics)" que é altíssimo grau científico na Russia, ou "Habilitation" alemão, "habilitation à diriger des recherches" francês, que pode ser reconhecido como o título de livre docência na área de Fisica Teórica e Física-Matemática) - Comissão Superior de Atestação do Ministério de Ensino da Federação Russa (2006). Atualmente é professor titular - Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia e pesquisador titular de Laboratory for Quantum Theory of Strong Fields at Tomsk State University.
