Na época Charles Schwab era a maior revendedor de ações "execution only" no mundo. Nesse trabalho eu fornecia suporte técnico via telefone para os empregados da divisão europeu, na Inglaterra. Eu apoiava usuários de servidores IBM AS400 e Sun Microsystems Unix, servidores de internet carregando Netscape Server, uma rede Windows NT 4.0 com TCP/IP WAN e a sistema de venda e compra de ações própria da bolsa de valore de Londres - o CREST - mais os sistemas de informação do Bloomberg e Reuters (kobra). Eu também fui responsável para implementar o sistema de web-based e-mail via Outlook e para o desdobramento (roll-out) de novas senhas para seis sistemas diferentes para mais que 500 empregados.

Eu trabalhei no gerenciamento do projeto de desintegrar BMW, Land Rover e Rover apos Ford ter comprado Land Rover e Alchemy ter comprado Rover. Eu criei e administrei um pacote estatistica mostrando o progresso e desempenho do projeto de várias perspectivas diferentes. Meu chefe imediato (line manager) era o gerente do projeto inteiro.
