Re-organized the IT areas, bringing more autonomy and empowerment to the product development, as well as strengthening the governance of IT core disciplines. Worked actively on the organizational design, improving the agile maturity level and reducing the lead time of engineering teams. Elaborated and run the plan for the legacy modernization (KM de Vantagens), increasing the availability of platform from 90 to 99 on the first 6 months. Led the negotiation with the cloud providers, reducing in 40 the cloud total-cost (generating more than 10Mn Reais of savings). Improved the fraud prevention processes framework, reducing the chargeback close to Zero and increasing the credit card approval rate to 92 .
