She concluded the Materials Technician course at Tupy Technical School (2005) with the experimental work of end of course about the Study of mechanical properties and morphologies through of the injection of blends of P(3HB)/P(3HB-co-3HV) in comparison with polypropylene homopolymer. Graduated in Chemical Engineering at Instituto Superior Tupy (2011), with Course Conclusion Paper in: Process Development and Project of a Recuperation Plant and Additives of the Lubricating oil used in industries. Master´s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Process of Fabrication and Materials at Centro Universitário Tupy (UNISOCIESC) (2015). She worked professionally as a Quality Inspector at Focus Tecnologia de Plásticos S/A (2006-2007), at Inplavel Indústria de Plásticos Ltda, as Process Technician (2007-2010). She was intern of laboratory of fuel analisys at Petrobras Transporte S.A. ? Transpetro (2010-2011). She worked as a Chemical Teacher at Colégio Estadual Professora Juracy Maria Brosig and extension Escola Municipal Prefeito Bltas Buschler (2011). She has experience in the area of Quality Control, where she was Chemical Engineering responsible at Indústria Vila Nova.

Study of the Influence of Treatment by Plasma Produced in Atmosphere of Hydrogen Peroxide in Membranes of Poly (L-Lactic Acid) PLLA., Projeto certificado pelo(a) coordenador(a) Marcia Adriana Tomaz Duarte em 10/03/2016., Descrição: The surface properties of biomaterials determine the type and strength of interaction with the biological environment. Thus, the aim of this project is to analyze the influence of the hydrogen peroxide by plasma treatment on the surface of the Poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) membrane in order to determine which treatment parameters promote suitable surface polymer change as morphology, physical and chemical change. PLLA membranes will be obtained by solvent evaporation and will have their surfaces modified by plasma in hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) atmosphere. Membranes will be analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), that will be used to evaluate the morphology surface of the material, the analysis Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX) to identify the atoms present in the molecule of the material studied and the analysis of Contact Angle that will provide information about the wettability of the material before and after the plasma treatment. The PLLA membranes will be also characterized by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) that will provide date about the transition temperature in polymer, Thermogravimetric Analysis (TG), that will indicate thermal stability and degradation of the material, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) that will show the peaks characteristics of the PLLA, that will show the pics characteristics do PLLA, X-ray Spectroscopy Photoelectron (XPS) that will allow to evaluate the chemical composition of surface layer of the material, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) that will provide results about the rough surface of the substrate and the analysis cell viability that will be realized to evaluate the toxicity of material and proliferation.. , Situação: Em andamento; Natureza: Pesquisa. , Alunos envolvidos: Graduação: (1) / Mestrado profissional: (1) . , Integrantes: Irlaine Machado - Integrante / Márcia Adriana Tomaz Duarte - Coordenador / Viviane Lilian Soethe - Integrante / ELIANE R.
