Kamalakannan Siva

Concluded Doctorate in Entomology in 2009 at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Has operating experience in sericulture, bioactivity of botanicals and entomopathogenic bacteria and fungi especially in mosquito vectors, field research included and acquired skills in biotechnological approaches in biorracional pest control. He published seven articles in scientific journals, five of those within the last three years and has more two in-press articles in 2011. He presented lectures and posters in National and International Conferences. Actually he is at Bharathiar University preparing a post-doctorate project in biorracional mosquito control to be realized at Instituto de Patologia Tropical e Saude Publica of the Federal University of Goias, Brazil.
