Upendra Kumar Kagola
Kagola Upendra Kumar received his Ph.D degree in 2008 in Physics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India. He has 12 years of research experience in the field of solid state spectroscopy and material science. He visited Italy and Mexico on Post-Doctoral research during 2008-2011. Later from May 2012 to July 2015 he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Institute of Physics, Universidade Federal de Alagoas, Brasil. Currently he is Assistant Professor at Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, India. His current research includes: synthesis, optical and thermo-optical characterisation of lanthanide doped glasses and nanomaterials for photonic applications.
