Alessandro Casilli

Em outubro de 1995 comecei a minha faculdade pelo curso de Graduação em Química na Facoltà di Scienze pela Università di Messina. Em junho de 2002 comecei a desenvolver o trabalho técnico da dissertação intitulado La Gas cromatografia Multidimensionale (GCxGC): Un Approccio Innovativo all Analisi degli Alimenti sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Giovanni Dugo. Esse trabalho foi desenvolvido no Laboratorio di Chimica e Sicurezza degli Alimenti da Facoltà di Farmacia na Università di Messina. Em janeiro de 2012 ingressei no doutorado em Química e Segurança dos Alimentos na Facoltà di Farmacia da Università di Messina. O trabalho intitulado "Analisi di matrici complesse mediante tecniche multidimensionali (MDGC, GCxGC) accoppiate alla spettrometria di massa (qMS, TOFMS)" foi desenvolvido sob orientação do Prof. Dr. Peter Quinto Tranchida. A defesa está prevista para Março de 2015. Desenvolveu atividades pela Shimadzu Corporation (Kyoto, Japão) para desenvolvimento da cromatografia multidimensional (MDGC), abrangente (GCxGC) e pela DANI Instruments Spa (Cologno Monzese, Italia) para desenvolvimento de um Espectrômetro de Massas por Tempo de Voo dedicado para análise Fast GC e GCxGC. Em março de 2011 foi contratado Firmenich S.A (Genebra, Suiça) para aplicação de uma nova instrumentação analítica para análise de compostos voláteis em produtos naturais e descoberta de novas moléculas. Desde março de 2012, realiza atividades em projetos nas áreas de "Aprofundamento da aplicação de novas ferramentas geoquímicas a Sistemas Petrolíferos Brasileiros" e "Controle de dopagem no esporte, cromatografia bidimensional abrangente e espectrometria de massas" no LADETEC-IQ/UFRJ.
