Dr. João Batista Bottentuit Junior São Luis-MA 2018 RESUMO A profissão na área de docência é uma das profissões que mais representa índice acometido pelo esgotamento profissional- síndrome de burnout. No intuito de identificar os fatores de estresse ao ambiente laboral e as variáveis sóciodemográficas preditas desta doença, serão investigados profissionais da educação no Ensino Público. Para o levantamento dos dados, utilizar-se o Questionário para Avaliação da síndrome de burnout, um Questionário Sociodemográfico e Laboral e uma Escala sobre Fatores de Estresse no Trabalho, ambos elaborados pelo autor a partir da revisão da literatura. Serão realizadas análises descritivas e cunho bibliográfico. Os resultados indicarão um modelo explicativo para cada dimensão da síndrome de burnout. A maioria dos fatores preditivos refere-se à organização do trabalho, ressaltando-se as dificuldades em relação aos alunos e colegas de trabalho. Os achados deste estudo poderão subsidiar programas preventivos do adoecimento físico, emocional e mental no trabalho docente. ABSTRACT The profession in the area of teaching is one of the professions that most represents the index affected by the professional exhaustion-burnout syndrome. In order to identify the risk factors for the work environment and the sociodemographic variables predicted for this disease, educational professionals will be investigated in Public Education. For the data collection, the Questionnaire for Assessment of Burnout Syndrome, Sociodemographic and Labor Questionnaire and a Scale on Work Stress Factors are used, both elaborated by the review author of the literature. They will be with descriptive and analytical analyzes. The results indicate an explanatory model for each dimension of the burnout syndrome. The majority of the predictive factors refers to the organization of work, emphasizing them as the difficulties in relation to students and co-workers. The findings these studyings will subsidize preventive programs of physical, emotional and mental health in the teaching work.
