  EVALUACIÓN DEL ESPACIO AÉREO FARÍNGEO EN PACIENTES SOMETIDOS A EXPANSIÓN RÁPIDA PALATINA, Descrição: A retrospective study will be carried out by means of cephalometric evaluation in 30 patients with transverse maxillary deficiency. They will be divided into 2 groups: Experimental group with 15 patients of both genders, ages 7-10 years with rapid palatal expansion. Control group with 15 patients with Class I malocclusion in orthodontic treatment, matched in terms of gender and age.
