Tenho graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (2012), mestrado em Teoria do Estado e Direito Constitucional pela Puc-Rio (2014), e doutorado em Filosofia do Direito pela University of Edinburgh (2018). Atualmente sou Professor Associado em Direito e Filosofia na Universidade de Surrey, Reino Unido. Trabalho primariamente com temas relacionados a natureza do direito, ética da interferência, ética digital e justiça na saúde global.

A monitoria é um Programa da Pró-Reitoria de Graduação que consiste na execução de um projeto elaborado por um professor responsável, contemplando atividades teóricas e práticas de caráter pedagógico a serem desenvolvidas com estudantes de uma determinada disciplina, visando a esclarecimentos quanto ao conteúdo da disciplina e à superação de dificuldades de aprendizado. O Programa tem como objetivos específicos: ampliar a participação de alunos de graduação no processo educacional, nas atividades relativas ao ensino e na vida acadêmica da universidade; favorecer o desenvolvimento de atividades de reforço escolar aos alunos, de modo a superar problemas de repetência, evasão e falta de motivação; criar condições para a iniciação da prática da docência por meio de atividades de caráter pedagógico diferenciadas e do desenvolvimento de habilidades relacionadas a estas atividades; pesquisar metodologias de ensino adequadas ao ensino da disciplina em questão; desenvolver projetos de pesquisa e/ou de extensão relativos à disciplina.
