Álvaro Montenegro Neto

Possui graduação em Administração de Empresas pela Escola de Admnistração de São Paulo - Fundação Getúlio Vargas (1992), graduação em Oceanologia pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (1996), mestrado em Oceanografia Física pela Universidade de São Paulo (1999) e doutorado em Oceanografia Física - Florida State University (2004). Atualmente é professor assistente do Departamento de Geografia da Ohio State University. Tem experiência nas áreas de Oceanografia e Climatologia, com ênfase em Oceanografia Física e Modelagem Climática, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: climatologia, mudança climática, circulação oceânica, paleoclimatologia e impactos ambientais.
