Roberto César Dias Vilela Bomfin

Roberto Bomfin recebeu concluiu seu doutorado em engenharia elétrica em 2021 pela Technische Universität Dresden (TUD), Alemanha, e seu bacharelado e mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica pelo Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações (INATEL), Brasil, em 2014 e 2016, respetivamente. Em 2014, ele trabalhou como pesquisador para o programa brasileiro de pesquisa de graduação, no tópico de sensoriamento de espetro para redes de rádio cognitivo. De 2017 a 2022, ele trabalhou nos projetos europeus H2020 ORCA, iNGENIOUS e Hexa-X, com a implementação de prova de conceito de sistemas de comunicação sem fio em rádio definido por software (SDR). Em 2022, juntou-se à New York University (NYU) Abu Dhabi como pesquisador de pós-doutorado. Seus interesses de pesquisa incluem design de formas de onda e receptores para sistemas em canais duplamente seletivos e sensoriamento e comunicação integrados.
