  Aprendizado Social, Sistemas de Conhecimento e Pedagogias Vivas das Estratégias Socioambientais - fase 1, Descrição: Este projeto explora a intersecção dinâmica de aprendizagem social, sistemas de conhecimento e pedagógicas no âmbito das estratégias socioambientais. A proposta busca desvendar a intrincada teia de interações entre indivíduos, comunidades e seu ambiente, com foco em como os processos de aprendizagem podem contribuem para o desenvolvimento e implementação de práticas socioambientais sustentáveis.O projeto adota uma abordagem multidisciplinar, partindo de áreas como sociologia, ciência ambiental e educação. Tem assim, quatro áreas de investigação com específicos objetivos:1. Dinâmicas/Modelos de aprendizagem social: Analisar como indivíduos e comunidades adquirem, compartilham e aplicam conhecimentos relacionados a questões socioambientais. Compreender o papel das redes sociais, do envolvimento da comunidade e da inteligência coletiva na promoção de práticas sustentáveis.2. Integração de Sistemas de Conhecimento: Examinar a integração de sistemas de conhecimento tradicionais com percepções científicas contemporâneas. Investigar como a síntese de diversas fontes de conhecimento contribui para a resiliência e adaptabilidade das estratégias socioambientais.3. Pedagogias Vivas/dinâmicas: Explorar abordagens pedagógicas inovadoras e interativas que promovam a aprendizagem experiencial em contextos socioambientais, assim como barreiras existentes. Identificar práticas que facilitem indivíduos e comunidades para se tornarem agentes ativos/protagonistas no desenvolvimento sustentável.As metodologias se baseiam em estudos de caso (a) e revisões de literatura (b).   Agro and industrial residues for mushroom mycelium-based biocomposites production aiming for sustainable systems., Descrição: Malt bagasse represents about 90% of the total by-products generated in the brewing industry. Considering the recent concerns about the environmental sustainability, this work aimed to evaluate the use malt bagasse as a substrate to production of mushrooms Pleurotus sajor-caju and biocomposites. The malt bagasse was tested in the original form and mixed with banana or palm leaves. To produce the mycelial biocomposites, two different substrates were used: malt bagasse mixed with banana leaves (fresh), and malt bagasse mixed with senescent banana leaves and harvesting the mushrooms (residual). The P. sajor-caju mushrooms cultivated in malt bagasse and banana leaves substrate can be considered as a high-fiber, protein, phosphorus, and potassium food with a low content of sodium and lipids, free of lead and mercury.   Bioindicators of environmental quality for sustainable development., Descrição: Air pollution is a subject of interest of environmental scientists and the general community. Joinville, in southern Brazil, is an industrial hub that lacks environmental data about air quality. This study aimed to evaluate, through the passive biomonitoring method, the effects of atmospheric pollution on plant species (Nectandra oppositifolia), lichen community and stingless bee species (Tetragonisca angustula) in the urban environment of Joinville. Three sampling areas were selected, according to the proximity of pollution atmospheric sources. Stronger effects on the anatomical and morphological attributes of the plant, as well as higher metals concentration in leaf particulate matter were observed in the region of greater anthropic influence (sampling area A). The same sampling area also presented the lowest value of lichen diversity, as well as the highest percentage of crusted lichens in leafy species. The distribution of species in the lichen community increased with the distance from the region with the greatest anthropic influence. The same order of concentration of the metals was observed in beehive pollen samples, being sampling area A which presented the highest concentration of metals in the beehive pollen samples. The metal present in the beehive pollen with highest percentage was zinc, followed by chrome, nickel, copper and lead.   Projeto SINERGIA (Sistema INternacional de Estudos sobre Recursos Hídricos e Gerenciamento de Impactos devido ao Aquecimento Global na Bacia do Paraguai), Descrição: Sistema INternacional de Estudos sobre Recursos Hídricos e Gerenciamento de Impactos devido ao Aquecimento Global na Bacia do Paraguai. A visão deste sistema é de uma rede internacional de instituições de pesquisa e de cientistas brasileiros, argentinos, bolivianos e paraguaios que mantêm um diálogo aberto com as forças vivas da sociedade: governos, produtores, provedores de serviços, ONGs socioambientais, associações de classe e comunidade.
