Histórico profissional

Experiência profissional

2014 - 2014

Standard Aero Ltda.

Vínculo: Bolsista, Enquadramento Funcional: Intern, Carga horária: 40

Outras informações:
I worked as production engineering intern for repair engineering. Thus, my main task was to find potential improvement points on our repair processes to improve it. Therefore, it was created an excel tool to monitor all scrap parts and analyze how we could improve the most scrap parts based on their values and quantities to reduce our waste.

2012 - 2013

Fiat Powertrain

Vínculo: Bolsista, Enquadramento Funcional: Estagiario, Carga horária: 30

Outras informações:
I worked as maintenance engineering intern helping to solve emergency problems directly in contact with technicians, analysing EWO (Emergency Work Orders) trying to find out the real root cause for the main issues and participating actively on the preventive and/or corrective interventions. I also studied maintenance inventory and the frequency of change for critical components, so this way I essentially could guarantee all needed spare parts. This work was compensated with a proposal to be maintenance leader of engine block machining line.

2011 - 2012

LACTEC

Vínculo: Bolsista, Enquadramento Funcional: Estagiário, Carga horária: 30

Outras informações:
I worked as a researcher developing a new pack cementation technique to coat blades surfaces for turbine engines, which basically consists in just one step create a chromium aluminide layer onto critical parts. This coating improves the service life of the engine enhancing its oxidation and hot corrosion resistance.
