Veridiana Monteiro Chaves

I am a Mediator, Jurist and High Performance Coach. I have a Specialization in Diffuse and Collective Rights from the Higher School of the Public Prosecutor's Office - ESMP and Metropolitan College of Greater Fortaleza - FAMETRO (2010), a degree in LAW from the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR (2009) and a degree in GEOGRAPHY (BACHELOR'S AND LICENTIATE DEGREE) from the State University of Ceará - UECE (2001/2002). I worked as an Instructor in Judicial Mediation for the National Council of Justice/CNJ, training three groups of Judicial Mediators and Conciliators in order to disseminate the culture of social pacification in the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará-TJCE. I have extensive experience in the area of Law, with an emphasis on MEDIATION, CONCILIATION AND CITIZENSHIP. I was an Instructor in Remote Mediation (CEAD) for the CNJ. I was the Executive Director and Manager of the Permanent Center for Consensual Methods in Conflict Resolution and Citizenship of the TJCE - NUPEMEC, through Resolution 125 of the CNJ. I worked for a few years as a Pedagogical Advisor to the Presidency of the TJCE. I was also the Supervisor of the Community Mediation Center of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Ceará-MPCE, where I implemented Mediation and created, together with the Committee for the Preparation of the Regulations of the Community Mediation Centers of the MPCE, published in the Official Gazette on October 7, 2008, the Internal Regulations of the Community Mediation Centers Program of the MPCE, the Regulations of the Community Mediation Process of the Community Mediation Centers of the MPCE and the Code of Ethics of the Community Mediator. I worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Attorney General's Office of Ceará/PGJ-CE and as an Administrative Assistant at the MPCE. I am also always working with social and voluntary work focused on Mediation in search of active listening, as well as disseminating the Culture of Social Peace. Sou Mediadora, Jurista e Coach de Alta Performance. Possuo Especialização em Direitos Difusos e Coletivos pela Escola Superior do Ministério Público - ESMP e Faculdade Metropolitana da Grande Fortaleza - FAMETRO (2010), graduação em DIREITO pela Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR (2009) e graduação em GEOGRAFIA (BACHARELADO E LICENCIATURA) pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará - UECE (2001/2002). Atuei como Instrutora em Mediação Judicial do Conselho Nacional de Justiça/CNJ, formando três turmas de Mediadores Judiciais e Conciliadores em busca de disseminar a cultura da pacificação social no Tribunal de Justica do Estado do Ceara-TJCE. Tenho vasta experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em MEDIAÇÃO, CONCILIAÇÃO E CIDADANIA. Fui Instrutora em Mediação à distancia (CEAD) pelo CNJ. Fui Diretora Executiva e Gestora do Núcleo Permanente de Métodos Consensuais em Solução de Conflitos e Cidadania do TJCE - NUPEMEC, através da Resolução 125 do CNJ. Trabalhei por alguns anos como Assessora Pedagogica da Presidencia do TJCE. Fui também Supervisora do Núcleo de Mediação Comunitária do Ministério Público do Ceará-MPCE, onde implantei a Mediação e criei junto com a Comissão de Elaboração das Normativas dos Núcleos de Mediação Comunitária do MPCE, publicadas no Diário Oficial do dia 7 de outubro de 2008, o Regimento Interno do Programa dos Núcleos de Mediação Comunitária doMPCE, o Regulamento do Processo de Mediação Comunitária dos Núcleos de Mediação Comunitária do MPCE e o Código de Ética do Mediador Comunitário. Trabalhei como Auxiliar Administrativo na Procuradoria Geral de Justica do Ceara/PGJ-CE e Assistente Administrativo no MPCE. Estou sempre atuando também com trabalhos sociais e voluntarios voltados para a Mediação em busca da escuta ativa, bem como disseminando a Cultura da Paz Social.
