Jan/16 - Jul/16 I worked as a web developer to create a new interface for a financial application. In this project I was able to learn JSF and apply my knowledge about HTML, CSS and JavaScript. In addition, the project architecture was based on MVC using JAVA EE and we work with SOAP services to perform back-end integration. By quickly learning JSF and the project architecture, I was able to become a technical reference in building the application, supporting the team in solving doubts and correcting defects. During the project, I created a asset to improve the generation of localized messages. Aug/16 - Jan/17 In August 2016, I started to work in a new project. In this project we supported and evolve a management system using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, JAVA EE and JSF. I didn't know anything about PL/SQL or Procedures, only the basic about SQL queries, and that was a big one for me and it also brought a lot of growth. Through this, I was able to learn and improve new SQL and database skills.

I am currently working as a Scrum Master on a financial software project. In this project I could helping the team to create high-value products, coaching them in self-organization and cross-functionality, removing impediments to the team progress and promoting their integration.

Oct/17 - Dec/18 In October 2017, I started a new career phase as part of an agile development team in a large software project involving more than 200 people between scrum teams and stakeholders. The project involved the creation of a large web platform, responsible for much of our client's profit. After two and a half months as a developer, planning and estimating stories, taking risks and building the application using Java, I was promoted to technical leader, being responsible for refining the stories with the client, designing the technical solution and sharing all the knowledge about the stories with the team. This project represented a major challenge in my life, with it I was able to grow in customer relationships and functional understanding, which helped me to be a strong support not only technically but also functionally for the whole project. In it I was able to apply and improve my knowledge of software architecture, design of solutions and development. For the first time in the leadership role, in fact, I was able to recognize skills that I previously thought I did not have. I coordinated strategies with the team to overcome challenges, contribute to the technical and functional growth of the team and build a strong relationship with the client. Dec/17 - Mar/18 I worked as an application developer where the goal was to create a new interface for a structural system of a large company in the credit industry. In this project, I was responsible for designing and developing the front end solution using Angular, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript / TypeScript. The back-end of the application was developed in Java with Spring Framework (Batch, Boot and Security) and I was also able to contribute its design and building.
