David Day

David Day achieved his MChem degree with Honours from the University of East Anglia (UEA), UK in 2009, and later obtained his PhD in Organic Chemistry in 2014 under the supervision of Professor Philip Page (UEA). David then moved onto an ERC funded post-doctoral fellowship in the group of Professor Gregory Wildgoose (UEA), followed by an Organic Chemistry Teaching Fellowship at Newcastle University, UK and as a Research Fellow in Professor Philip Chan's group at the University of Warwick, UK, working in the areas of sustainable synthetic organic chemistry and organocatalysis. In 2017, David worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Sygnature Discovery, UK, working on medicinal chemistry projects. In 2019, David joins Professor Antonio Burtoloso?s group on a FAPESP fellowship.
