  Groundwater ARENA : Gouvernance des eaux souterraines au Maghreb, Descrição: In response to environmental, economic and social changes, the Groundwater ARENA (ANR) project analyses the vulnerability and adaptive capacities of irrigated agriculture based on groundwater in the Maghreb. In the Maghreb, the intensive use of underground resources through the rapid deployment of private wells and boreholes has enabled the development of a dynamic and wealthy agricultural economy.
