During the Chemistry Bachelor's course, I was invited to coordinate the developping project for mixed cationic vesicles, in association with the Universidad Catolica de Chile. Three years of applied study, group discussions and teamwork. GOALS: The result of this studies was a scientific article:"SOBRAL, CNC et al. - Characterization of DODAB/DPPC vesicles", in which we concluded that the optimal mixture of the two lipids (DODAB and DPPC) could cheapen in around 80% the current composition used for drug carriers (vaccines).
