Marcelo Elias de Oliveira
Possui graduação e mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de São João do Rei (UFSJ), Minas Gerais e pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME), Rio de Janeiro, respectivamente e doutorado em engenharia biomédica pela Universidade de Berna, Suíça. Trabalhou como pesquisador assistente no Instituto Max-Planck, Alemanha (MPI - CBS, Munique), Universidade de Zurique, Suíça (UZH), e Universidade técnica de Helsinque (TKK), Finlândia. Atualmente trabalha como pesquisador no Instituto Tecnológico Suíço (EPFL), no Laboratório de sistemas robóticos (LSRO), trabalhando em problemas multidisciplinares nas áreas de visão computacional, engenharia biomédica, neurociências, rehabilitação, e robótica.
