Luciana Biagini Lopes

Possui graduação em Farmácia pela Universidade de São Paulo (1997), mestrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2000) e doutorado (com período "sanduíche" na Arizona State University) em Ciências Farmacêuticas pela Faculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticas de Ribeirão Preto/USP (2005). Realizou pós-doutorado na Arizona State University (2006-2007). Foi docente e pesquisadora junto ao Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences de 2008 a 2013. Atualmente é Professora Associada 3 no Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas - USP. É mãe de Rafael, nascido em 2010, e Iris, nascida em 2014. Sua área de pesquisa envolve o desenvolvimento e avaliação de nanofármacos e sistemas de liberação.
