Possui graduação em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1991). Atualmente é gerente de pesquisa e desenvolvimento na área de implantes ortopédicos - BAUMER SA. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Mecânica, com ênfase em Projetos. Atuou em empresas de tecnologia aplicada em desenvolvimento de produtos e manufatura, em toda a carreira profissional. Desenvolve atividades acadêmicas no nível Mestrado em Ciências da Saúde, como aluno ouvinte, no Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, em São Paulo. É orientando do Prof. Dr. Reynaldo Jesus Garcia Jr. Médico Ortopedista Oncologista.
