I am the Leader for the the Radio frequency (RF) Design of mobile networks for the VIVO operator. I am also responsible(Hands on) for the execution of the RF Design of all 5G sites executed for Telefônica ? VIVO (In the cites of São Paulo, Brasília, Salvador and Belo Horizonte. In 2017, I acted as responsible for the transfer of knowledge to Mexican-Workers about radio parameterization in WCDMA & LTE technologies for Telefonica-Brazil's (portfolio of RF solutions). Work narrowing between main areas of Radio Access Network: Design, transport and integration to increase eciency. We succeeded in working reducing the indicide of failures from ~ 50% to ~ 10% in 1 month working in Mexico-City. In 2015, I also worked for 2 months in Buenos Aires-Argentina, in Optimization 3G-Movistar Project(Telefonica-Ar) Working with the client in order to raise the MPD-Minutes per Drop. With the dedication and cooperation we had success at work. I received a formal recognition of the customer for the work performed. I worked for another 4 years in the Ericsson office, performing several functions from this technique to management (being promoted to supervisor in this period). I also coordinated field teams and also worked in the field, which gave me a good level of practical experience.
