Diagnóstico de Gravidez Ectópica por Análise do Sangue Periférico, Descrição: Esse estudo objetiva validar possíveis marcadores sanguíneos de gravidez ectópica (MUC20, UTS2, ORM1 E 2, HBG1) numa coorte de gestantes no primeiro trimestre com e sem gravidez ectópica. A validação utilizará os aspectos clínicos e os níveis séricos das proteínas dosados por ELISA. Esses marcadores foram previamente identificadas por microarray e validadas por RT-PCR. O sequenciamento de próxima geração (Next Sequencing Generation) também será utilizado como forma de confirmação ou de geração de novas marcadores, caso não haja confirmação das proteínas testadas. Espera-se, com isso, identificar marcadores sanguíneos para o diagnóstico de gravidez ectópica.
