Adriana Bechara Prado

Possui graduação em Informática pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (1998), mestrado em Computação pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (2005) e doutorado em Informática pela Universiteit Antwerpen, Antuérpia, Bélgica (2009). Em 2010 e 2011, realizou pós-doutorado na França, em sua principal área de interesse: mineração de dados. Após seu retorno para o Brasil, trabalhou na Universidade Federal Fluminense pelo Programa Nacional de Pós Doutorado (PNPD) da CAPES, na área de Mineração de Opiniões. Atualmente, trabalha como pesquisadora no centro de pesquisa da Dell EMC.

Knowledge Discovery For and By Inductive Queries in post-genomic applications (Bingo 2), Descrição: ANR-07-MDCO-014. Bingo 2 is a four-year project launched in January 2008. It is funded by the French National Research Agency ANR and it is a follow-up of the Bingo project (2004-2007) funded by ACI Masse de Données. Within the inductive database framework, Bingo2 aims at designing and developing new methods and tools for supporting knowledge discovery from databases in order to avoid the "pattern flooding which follows data flooding" that is unfortunately so typical in exploratory KDD processes.
