Carlos Eduardo Ramisch

Possui graduação em Ciência da Computação pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2009), mestrado em Informática do Institut National Polytechique de Grenoble (2009) e doutorado em cotutela entre a UFRGS e a universidade de Grenoble (2012). Atualmente é professor adjunto da Universidade Aix Marseille, na Fança. Tem experiência na área de Ciência da Computação, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: processamento de linguagem natural, expressões polilexicais, tradução automática, aprendizado de máquina e métodos estatísticos.

Desenvolvimento do módulo de contagem de pontos do sistema Petrographer. O sistema tem por objetivo a identificacão e análise de amostras de rocha sedimentares para a avaliacão do potencial de extracão de petróleo. O trabalho desenvolvido pelo bolsista consiste na programacão em linguagem Java da interface de contagem de pontos que interage com a base de dados e com o microscópio eletrônico.
