Graduação Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação (2002), com ênfase em Engenharia de Computação, e Mestrado em Ciências da Computação pela UFRGS (2005). Tem experiência em Inteligência Artificial, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: sistemas multiagente, coordenação, aprendizado por reforço, aplicações de inteligência de enxames, simulação e controle de tráfego urbano.
