Diego Bonesso

Currently is a doctoral student in the postgraduate program in computer science at the Institute of Informatics of UFRGS. The main research area is data mining focused on opinion mining and pattern recognition. Has 14 years of experience in the information technology market, having executed and managed projects in companies and research groups. Have the degree in Mathematics (URCAMP-2005) and a Masters degree in Remote Sensing (UFRGS-2013). In Master developed research related to digital image processing and classification (pattern recognition). Currently studying in the sixth semester Bachelor of Information Systems at Uniritter.

Senti-Observer: Sentimental analysis based on standpoint., Descrição: Opinion mining allowing automatic processing of public opinion from rich datasets. The subjective opinion depends on observation point of view. The subjective content is interpreted with polarity positive or negative without consider the point of view of observation(reader), and it's can limited the data classification according with the polarity. This project attempts researching and propose techniques to: a) opinion mining behind the point of view of the observer; b) contradiction analysis; and c) mining emotions using multi-language techniques for increasing the limited options of tools in Portuguese.
